By accessing or using KruiseBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KruiseBuddy is a cruise price tracking and alert service. We monitor publicly available cruise pricing information and provide tools to help you track prices and receive notifications when prices change. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any cruise line.
3. Not a Booking Service
KruiseBuddy is for informational purposes only. We do not sell cruise bookings, process payments for cruises, or act as a travel agent. All booking transactions occur directly between you and the cruise line. We are not responsible for the accuracy of pricing shown on cruise line websites or any booking decisions you make based on our data.
4. Account Registration
Some features (such as price alerts) require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without permission
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
6. Price Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, prices are collected from third-party sources and may not always reflect the most current availability or pricing. Prices can change at any time without notice. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Always verify prices directly with the cruise line before making a booking decision.
7. Email Notifications
By creating price alerts, you consent to receiving email notifications about price changes for your selected cruises. You can disable or delete alerts at any time from your dashboard. We do not guarantee that all price changes will be detected or that notifications will be delivered in real time.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party cruise data), is owned by KruiseBuddy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Cruise line names, logos, and ship names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KruiseBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from inaccurate pricing data, missed price alerts, service interruptions, or booking decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
